What is GrocerApp?

GrocerApp is Pakistan based grocery delivery service. We help you order your daily needs items like milk, tea, shampoo, pulses, spices etc right from the comfort of your sofa with our mobile apps.

How do I order via GrocerApp?

It’s pretty simple

  • Choose your category/sub-category and products you need
  • Check out the cart with everything you need
  • Our team will pack your order and deliver to you at your doorstep

What kind of products do you sell?

We have complete range of household items, with 9 main categories and 10,000+ products. Grocery, Personal Care, Baby Needs, Instant Foods, Drinks, Dairy, Home Care and much more.

What cities and location do you sell?

GrocerApp currently operate in majority of the locations in Lahore. Please check with our team if we deliver at your location.

What is the minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value. However, delivery over Rs.500 is free (In selected areas) whereas order below Rs.500 has delivery charges of Rs.100

How will I know if any item in my order is not available?

We try to keep our inventory updated but in case of un-availability, our customer support executive will call you to suggest its replacement. Rest assured, if we will not be able to find replacement your bill will be adjusted accordingly.

What is your deliver time?

We deliver from 9 AM till 9 PM

How long it takes to deliver an order?

It depends on the time of order placement but usually we deliver within 2-3 hours.

Can I schedule my order?

Yes, you can select exact time of day when you want your order to be delivered. You can setup scheduling within app at time of checkout.

Can I track the status of my order?

All the states of order including its present state is in “My Orders”

Are there any delivery charges?

For orders above Rs.500 there are no delivery charges but orders below that will be charged Rs.100. The delivery charges and minimum order value are mentioned within app at checkout page.

What if I don`t receive my order in time?

On rare occasions, due to unforeseen circumstances, your order might be delayed. In case of imminent delay our customer support executive will keep you informed.

Cancellation Return & Payments

What is GrocerApp cancellation policy?

GrocerApp provides easy and hassle free cancellation policy. You can cancel your order any time before the order is out for delivery. You can also reject the delivery or ask for replacement if you are not satisfied with any product.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by simply calling 0321-1227-333 before your order is confirmed.

What if the delivered product is defective?

We have a hassle free return policy for our customers. If you are not satisfied with our delivered product, simply call our Customer Support and they will coordinate with you for return/replacement.

Note: Perishable items will not be returned after 24 hours of delivery.

What are the payment modes?

We take cash on delivery, soon will start online payment system.
